Tina leads the Innovation Programme for Oxford City Council, including creation and implementation of the City’s EV Public Infrastructure Strategy and projects including Energy Superhub Oxford (ESO) and Go Ultra Low Oxford (GUL-O).  ESO is a £40 million flagship project under the government’s Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, demonstrating innovation in the decarbonisation of power, transport and heat to accelerate Oxford’s zero carbon journey. The project has delivered the largest public EV charging hub in the UK alongside supporting Oxford City Council on its journey to migrate 25% of its fleet to electric vehicles by 2023.
